Floral Boom

For a while I was eyeing this white flower print pants, but wasn't sure to buy them because I was a little afraid they would look a bit too much. But on Saturday afternoon I went to PacSun to try them on one more time (with the presence of my sister for an opinion) and I decided to give them a try! And for my surprise they were at a very very low cost .... only $10.00! I’m totally in love now! It’s a great statement piece with a casual feel to it! ( For summer to fall transition I may try them with a leather jacket!)

I couldn't wait to wear them so on Sunday Afternoon I paired them with a simple gray tee top and cute accessories creating a boho-chic casual look for the day!

Pink Overload

Hello Girls* (guys, everyone haha)

This was the way I looked yesterday. 

I went to the movies with my family to see  Ice Age 4 ( such a cute movie, I love Sid =P lol) and later on in the night I hang-out with friends. I wanted to wear something really girly so I went with a neon pink blazer, floral print tweed shorts and peplum top. To accessorize, different colored bracelets, pink flower earrings and straw hat.  I really, really liked this outfit! It's chic, cute and summery... can it get even better?

Different ways to wear: Black & White Striped Jacket

We all have those pieces of clothing that we love and want to use again and again, but... what can we do to not look the same every time? To spice things up and keeping your closet interesting you must mix/match and play with colors, prints and textures. I’m going to make a habit of every now and then post different ways to wear one same item. In this case I’m going to show you real outfits I have used with my Black and White Striped Jacket from Forever 21.

The first look is from my Summer Corals post. I wore this for a shopping day, keeping it casual with denim high-waisted shorts but bold and colorful with the coral top, red lips and orange shoes.

The second one is from my latest post: Mint & Stripes (to take a better look at the mint dress click here). I absolutely love the black,white and mint combo! Accessories are always a nice way kick up a notch an outfit, no matter how simple it is. So I decided to style it with my beige/yellow wedges with a black and silver chain necklace.

The last outfit in the photo is  actually the first one I posted when I bought the jacket! I decided to keep it more neutral wearing it with a black/white peter pan collar top and pleated shorts, and just a pop on color with the lipstick choice.

Nautical Feeling

This was yesterday’s outfit! It was a beautiful day, perfect to wear soft and pretty colors! I styled my Zara pink nautical shorts (also seen at this post) with a green mint striped top and heart shaped sunglasses. I really like wearing this type of outfits: comfortable, summery and girly!

Also, I wanted to show all of you out there a photo I took on my way home (last photo below) yesterday. I live near a Marina and eveveryday I get to see the ocean. Sometimes I forget that I live so close to it! I had to  share it with all of you, it just so beautiful!

Hello everyone*

I had a very long day of work yesterday! I arrived at 2am at my house, but it was a beautiful wedding. I got all teared up and everything haha. You will soon see the photos at my other blog NM Photos!

In other matters... 

Down below you will see one of my recent outfits! I wore my bustier floral top from Forever 21 with a black peplum skirt. I tried to keep it simple, adding colors here and there with my lipstick choice and accessories. It’s a quite comfy outfit with a girly vibe!

Animal Instinct

 Hola*

I have long day ahead of me, I’m meeting my parents and sisters for lunch in a few minutes and afterwards I have a busy but fun day of work! I have to edit loads of photos of my nephews birthday & the engagement I shoot last Wednesday.

Anyway... This was yesterday’s look. It was a very fun day, I went to Marshalls with my sister and later in the evening we ate at one of our favorite Mexican places Lolita’s with some of our friends (shout out to Lianne, Aly, Jayson and Irma lol)

I love this outfit, it has a comfy vibe with the peach loose top and denim shorts, but it becomes more fun and edgy with the choice of lip color and accessories. With the chunky necklace and the snake print heels, each piece makes a statement without clashing one another.

Orange Peplum

Hello Everyone!

I wanted to share with all of you my latest outfit! I love wearing color so I decided to style this cute pair of floral print shorts with a orange peplum top. I really love peplum pieces, especially in tops and skirts =D. To finish the look I added my BCBG sunnies, white chunky necklace (one of my favorites) and wedges.

Boho-Chic

Hello Everyone,

I’m pretty excited today! Later in the afternoon I have a engagement photoshoot! Wish me the best!
But before that I wanted to post yesterday’s outfit! It’s a boho-chic look using earthy tones light brown, green and red as a pop of color. As well, I’m wearing a chunky rustic necklace with different sizes of .... may I say horns??? hahaha that give this simple outfit a certain type of uniqueness.

Kristen Stewart for Vanity Fair

Yesterday I went to CVS with Jayson and while I was looking for food for my cute kitten, I lost him in less than one minute. Once I found him between the isles, he was immersed looking at the magazine section. I started to look at the magazines as well, and couldn't help but literally gasp when I saw Kristen Stewart at the cover of Vanity Fair. She looks incredibly stunning!! I have always said that she is one of the most photogenic people ever! She was photographed by the one and only Mario Testino at Paris wearing astonishing couture!

Here are some of the photos, my favorite ones is the black and white wearing the biggest earrings ever (lol) and the one she is standing at the glorious chandelier hallway!

Wedding Details & Color me blue*

This is what I wore past Sunday for a meeting I had with my wedding dress designer! I don’t know if I have mentioned that before. But yes... my wedding gown will be custom made by a designer which is one of my fiancee’s close friend!  GIRLS! You cannot understand my excitement. Since EVER I’ve been picturing myself with my dream dress and there was no way that I was going to find it by some miracle walking inside a store or at a boutique haha =D. It’s been a wonderful process working with Carla (please click here to visit her Facebook page) and everything has been more than I expected.

I wish I can post some photos so you can see the design and the fabrics but I can’t! Well... at least for now... I just want it to be a surprise for everyone!

Time truly flies and in just a few months I will be showing you every detail of my wedding <3  

PS —> I love this outfit especially my NEW BLUE WEDGES!!! The mix of prints and unexpected colors makes it ver very adorable and flirty!
